Answer: the few things that you will want to establish before sending a message is its simplicity, specificity and structure

To establish simplicity a question like

is my purpose clear ?

Our purpose must be clear so that it doesn't confuse the receiver which may lead to misinterpretation of a message of the purpose is not clear .

For example if you were upset with a friend and you want to fix things and sending them a message you have to ask your self if it is clear that you what resolution to the situation.

Specificity

Question 2 to ask is am I using ambiguous words that maybe misinterpretated ?

For example saying to your friend I hate it when you angry at me maybe you probably mean it breaks your heart to see them mad at you but seeing the word hate may create anithe feeling you didn't real meant to create, avoid using words that may be taken negatively .

Structure

Question 4 is how are my ideas constructed

It may not be a good idea to write a long message for the purpose of just meeting and talking to your friend because you may lose the point along the way .
