The Business Manager helps the client by managing his income and expenses, also in investments, savings, taxes, and retirement funds. In the music industries business managers usually make payments on behalf of the artist to background singers, musicians, etc.

Personal Managers are involved in advising the client (artists) on the subjects linked to their professions. Usually, personal managers concentrate on recording and publishing deals. Also, assists in the areas of branding, sponsorship, and licensing.
