the value of y is 60 because if you add all the values it should equal 180 and 60+60 is 120 and then you subtract that from 180 which then gives you 60

The value of y would be B. 60 degrees.
A triangle is equal to 180 degrees.
We have 60 and 60 which equal to 120.
