Can someone explain this (4+5)+2=9+2

The answer is 11. Reverse the question, 9+2=11 and (4+5)+2 is also equal to 11. The parentheses around 4+5 just means that is what you multiply, add, subtract or whatever strategy your doing comes first. Don’t make the parentheses confuse you.

Both are equal

Explanation:

4+5 is 9 + 2 equals 11

and on the other side with 9+2, that would equal 11 as well.
