Explanation:

You just pick a value of x then work out y from the equation:

Let x = 0 then y = -1/3(0) + 4 = 4.

So one point is (0, 4).

Now let x = 3 say then y = -1/3*3 + 4 = - 1 + 4 = 3.

So we have a second point (3, 3).

x = 6 would give us y = -1/3 * 6 + 4 = 2.

The table would be

6 2
