Explanation:

The point (-1, 0 ) is on the line ( that is the x-intercept).

The slope is (-2) / --4 - -1)

= -2/ -3 = 2/3.

So the equation of the line is

y - 0 = 2/3 (x - -1)

y = 2/3x + 2/3

When x = 0 y = 2./3 so another point on the line is (0, 2/3)
