Let, us assume that quadratic equation is :

y = ax^2 + bx + c

Now, putting x = 0 and y = -4 :

c = -4

Also, putting x = 1 and y = -3 :

$ax^2 + bx + c =y\\\\a + b - 4 = -3 \\\\a + b = 1$ ....2)

Also, putting x = 2 and y = 0 :

$ax^2 + bx + c =y\\\\4a + 2b + c = 0\\\\4a + 2b = 4\\\\2a - b = 2$ ....3)

Solving equation 2 and 3, we get :

a = 1 and b = 0

Therefore, the quadratic equation is given by
y = x^2- 4 .
