ANSWER: 2y = -15x + 87
SOLUTION:
Using the two point form, (y - y1) = (x2 - x1)/(y2 - y1) (x - x1)
Y +9 = 15/-2 (x - 7)
-2y - 18 = 15x - 105
2y = -15x +87

Set y=ax+b pass (7,-9) (5,6)
=》-9=7a+b
6=5a+b
=》2a=-15
a=-15/2
b=6-5a=6+37.5=43.5
=》y= -15/2(x)+43.5
2y+15x=87
