Rick decides to go to a baseball game. He finds cheap tickets in the center field bleachers. This area is known for lots of home runs. Sometime during the sixth inning Rick pulls out his cellphone to text some buddies. While rick is not paying attention, he struck with a hard-hit home run ball to the chest and sustains some cardiac injury. According to the case mentioned in the question , the baseball team can defend theirselves by stating that Rick knew about the home run area but still took the seat there and ignored the risk.Thus, Rick is himself is responsible for the damage caused to him.
