Explanation:

You have to find the slope and midpoint of that line. The slope would be 10-4/6- -2 so it would 6/8. The midpoint of this segment is (-2+6)/2,(4+10)/2 simplifying to (2,7). Use this point and slope to put into the point slope intercept form. Remember perpendicular means the slope is it’s negative reciprocal. Point slope form would be y-7=-8/6(x-2).
