Answer:

A Proclamation issued by the British that wanted to stop American settlements on the West of Appalachia mountains.

Step-by-step explanation:

The Treaty of Paris gave British control over long extensions of land in the North of America including the Ohio Valley. The British felt the need to have better control of the Appalachian mountains that where Habitated by American Colonist and french Settlers that were not going to surrender their land even after the Treaty of Paris.

The Proclamation of 1763 is a British attempt of gaining control of this land and stop colonial growth to the east on the direction to the newly controlled Ohio Valley. With the Proclamation the British issued new Boundaries for the 13 Colonies in Appalachia.
