given data

V1= ?

T1= 52 °C

V2= 6.1L

T2= 79° C

Step two

applying the volume temperature relationship, which is

V1/T1= V2/T2

substituting we have

V1/52= 6.1/79

cross multiply we have

52*6.1= V1*79

317.2= 79V1

divide both sides by 79

V1= 317.2/79

V1=4.0L
