The distance between point T and the midpoint in the x-axis is equal to 3 - 0.
3-0=3
The distance between point T and the midpoint in the y-axis is equal to 5 - (-8).
5- (-8) = 5+8 = 13

It may help to graph this part.
The x-coordinate of point S is equal to 3 + 3.
3+3 = 6
The y-coordinate off point S is equal to
-8 - 13.
-8 - 13 = 21

The coordinates of point S are therefore (6,-21)
