Answer: B

Explanation: If a poem were to include a description of a painting then it’s placed there for a specific or symbolic reason. The painting could represent something or the artwork itself could me mentioned and described such as an ocean or trees. They could be compared or contrasted to the poets feelings, experience, worldly events, etc. However, D also seems like an appropriate answer. But, if I am too choose between both it would certainly be B.
