Marcy has 567 earmuffs in stock. If she can put 18 earmuffs on each shelf, about how many shelves does she need for all the earmuffs?

(question 2)Howard pays $327 for one dozen collector's edition baseball cards. About how much does he pay for each baseball card?

question 1. 32 shelves

question 2. $27.25 for each card

Explanation:

question 1. 567÷18 equals 31.5 but that won't make sense to just cut a shelf in half so Marcy will need 32 shelves

question 2. A dozen equals to 12. In this instance it equals 12 cards so $327÷12 equals $27.25
