A full rotation is 360 degrees,

A 270 counterclockwise rotation could also be a 90 degree clockwise rotation ( 360-270 = 90).

When doing a 90 degree clockwise rotation the original X value becomes an inverse Y value ( a negative value would become positive).

The original Y value becomes the new X value.

The original location of J is (-4, -2) the new point would be (-2,4)
