How do you simplify (t^2 over 3)^5 ?​

Since we have a fraction to a power, we can make this easier by having the numerator to the power of 5 and the denominator to the power of 5. An exponent to an exponent means you have to multiply the exponents, so the numerator is now t^(2*5), or t^10. 3^5 is just 3*3*3*3*3, which is 9*9*3 or 81*3, which is 243, so you final answer should be (t^10)/243.
