-12, -10, -8, -6

$x + (x+2) +(x+4)+(x+6) = -36\\x + x + x + x + 2 + 4 + 6 = -36\\4x + 12 = -36\\4x = -36 - 12\\4x = -48\\x = -12\\x1 = -12, x2 =-10, x3 = -8, x4 = -6$
