Plant cells have a large central vacuole and human cells have smaller vacuoles. Plant cells have cell walls that support them and they have chloroplast. Also the shape is different, a plant cell is rectangular and an animal cell is usually circular.

Answer: Plant cells are surrounded by a cell wall while human cells lack. Also human cells do not contain chloroplasts. Plants are capable of making their own food, while humans can't.
