In which you need to x's multiplied together to get x^2. So you have:

(x+?) (x+?)

to get 16x you need two 8x's in your factoring square. so it would be

(x+8) (x+8)

Now you found out what you were mulitpling together, then you solve. The final part is multiplying 8 by 8, which is 32.
