PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Thomas, an American exchange student in France, has a terrible sore throat and needs to buy some throat lozenges, so he goes to a grocery store, but he leaves empty handed.

Unlikely to the United States, all medicines are only sold in pharmacies. Even for headaches, or just a cold ... Supermarkets and groceries aren't allowed to sell any medicines.
