Site's Answer: "He was a youth of the town of Thespiai in Boiotia, a son of the river-god Kephisos and the fountain-nymph Liriope. He was celebrated for his beauty and attracted many admirers but, in his arrogance, spurned them all. The suffering of two of these, however, would bring down a curse upon him."

/////////////////

And the curse that he got was that he became a flower, so the answer is-

D

Narcissus thought very highly of himself, and when he finally saw his own reflection, he could not leave it's beauty and thus the nymphs turned him into a flower to forever gaze upon its reflection.

Hope this helped, my dude
