Let x=age and y=weight, then the weight function passes through the points (16,110) and (21,128).

(x_2,y_2), then the slope of the line is


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Using the above formula we get


m=(128-110)/(21-16)


m=(18)/(5)
