Describe one instance in which you made a decision based on heuristics. How did you feel before and while you were making the decision (e.g., nervous, comfortable, etc.)? How did the decision turn out in the end?

Answer:

Heuristics is a practically automatic thinking and behavior technique in humans who act intuitively and unconsciously to find likely answers to what they are looking for.

Step-by-step explanation:

One decision I made based on heuristics came when I was a child and a friend of mine cut himself very severely and was bleeding a lot, as a child I didn't know what to do and had no adults around to help us at that time. I got nervous, but I started thinking about how to help my friend, at that moment, I take a sheet and pressed tight against my friend's injury. I didn't know what could happen, but I found at that moment that the sheet was helping to slow the flow of blood, I was very happy to have helped in such a serious situation.
