Explanation:

With Distributive Property, you are basically looking at the question like this: (5*3)m +(5*-6)

When you take a negative and multiply it with a positive it will be a negative number.

it would then get simplified as

15m-30

Same with number 11. look at it as

(5*1)b +(5*-1)

again a negative and a positive gets you a negative so your answer would be

5b-5
