let one angle be x then the other angles = 2x + 3

Sum the angles and equate to 90

x + 2x + 3 = 90, that is

3x + 3 = 90 ( subtract 3 from both sides )

3x = 87 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = 29

and 2x + 3 = (2 × 29) + 3 = 58 + 3 = 61

The two angles are 29° and 61°
