What is the best way that you use that gets rid of period cramps- fast or just as long as it works within half an hour. ???

help a girl out, I take ibuprofen but it doesn't always work or it takes too long to kick in.

Answer: well this usally works for me, my parents have a warmer so i use it but if you dont have one i suggest using a warm wash rag/cloth and drink water
