-3y=6-x, 6-x/-3y

y = -2 + 1/3x

x - 3(-2+1/3x) = 6

x - 6 + x = 6

2x =12

x = 6

2) x=3y+4

-3y = -x+4

y = -x/-3 +4/-3

y = 1/3x + -4/3

x = 3(1/3x + -4/3)

I am unsure about x on number two...
