In order to find the answer to the question you will have to use PEMDAS and then solve.

(68*95)+90/10

Using PEMDAS:

68*95=6460

6460+90/10

90/10=9

6460+9

6460+9=6469

=6469

Therefore your answer is "6469."

Hope this helps.
