Antony wanted the people to rise up against all who killed his friend, so, he in a way "pulls on their heart strings", speaking words that made people emotional.

Brutus, on the other hand, tries to appeal to their sense of right vs. wrong, talking about loyalty to the country before a friend. He tries to appeal to them using logic.

However, we all know that Brutus fails in this endever, because, the people he spoke to were struggling with their emotions, they didn't care about logic at that point. The only thing they were looking at was a great man that died. Whereas Brutus saw it as a great man who died for a greater purpose.
