Hello!

(Image attached is to help with finding places needed to round. made by me on google docs)

Rounding is just something you need to get the hang of to know.

If the number to the right of the place you are rounding in is 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9, remove it and everything to the right, then add 1 to the number to the place you are rounding in

if the number is 4, 3, 2, 1, or 0, remove it and everything to the right, then keep the number in the place you are rounding in the same.

in this case, the tenths place holds a 7. The number to the right of it is 4. therefore, you remove the 456, and leave the 7 as-is

your final answer is 0.7.

in fraction form,
(7)/(10)

and in percent form, 70%

I hope this helps, and have a nice day!

0.7 or 7/10. If the hundreths place is less than 5 you keep the tenths place as it is. If it is 5 or greater you round up and have the tenths place be one number higher. In this case you keep .7 because the hundreths place is lower than 5. Hoped this helped!
