there is a 6 degree drop in temperature over the past hour. If it is 55 degrees now, what was the temperature an hour ago?

Explanation:

it is 55 degrees now. it had dropped 6 degrees in an hour. since it went down and subtracted 6 degrees, we would have to do the other order of operation which in this case is addition. 55 plus 6 is 61. ( message me if you need more help)
