The way I remember it is Independent (I change) so what do you change in the experiment. But the wording is weird so I'm assuming B, because your spraying the chemical onto the first orchard so your changing the first orchard.

Your not changing the second orchard at all, and you won't be changing the chemical because your only using the chemical once
