Explanation:

What I like to do in these types of problems is to separate the terms with a variable and those without.

So move +4 to the very end of the problem to make it look like this:

6x-3x-2x+4

Now simply subtract! After subtracting the first two terms (6x and -3x) it should look like this:

3x-2x+4

Then subtract once more (3x-2x)!

x+4

This cannot be simplified anymore so x+4 should be your final answer!
