f=(R)/(2)=(12)/(2)=6cm

Now for mirror we know that
(1)/(f)=(1)/(u)+(1)/(v)

So

16.66-0.333=(1)/(v)

v = 0.750 m

Now magnification of the mirror is
m=(-v)/(u)=(-0.750)/(3)=-0.025
