The US Supreme Court governed a ground-breaking law stating that the public schools must not be isolated or categorized on the basis of race or color.

US Supreme Court pronounced this standalone judgement which ultimately opened the door for civil rights act ensuring equal opportunity to all Americans. The schools must not differentiate based on the racial system.

After this remarkable judgement of the US Constitution the Civil Rights act was approved which stated that there should not be any racial bias or differentiation in all schools of America.
