She can buy 38 apples.

10/0.26 = 38.5 but you can’t buy half an apple so you round down to 38.

Hope this helped!

Answer:

Samantha can buy 38 apples

Explanation:

Apples are $0.26.

Cost of x apples= $0.26x

Samantha has $10 to spend.

Let She buys x apples

Cost of x apples= $10

i.e. 0.26x=10

i.e. x= 10/0.26 = 38.46

i.e. Samantha can buy 38 apples
