In 3–5 sentences, explain what you think were the most important factors that led to rapid industrialization in the late 1800s, and why were they important. Choose 2–3 factors.

Answer:

I think this was because of the following. There was a new invention called the steam engine which could power machines. These caused new inventions to be made like the steam train. Also this was how factory machines were going to get powered which caused more factories to be built. Lastly, the cities started to grow so more people needed to find jobs and worked in factories.

The most important factors which led to rapid industrialization in the late 1800s are the use of machinery, population, and new energy sources. These are important because machinery such as the sewing machine, the lightbulb and the electric motor are created around the 18th century. These machinery were used to give people a way of working and getting resources faster. Population in the 18th century was also starting to grow faster, which means the economic growth will increase. Finally, the new energy sources such as windmills, water mills, and coal produce a way of getting more energy which would be used to power the machinery.
