By the distance formula,

d = \sqrt{( x_2 - x_1) {}^(2) + (y_2 - y_1 {)}^(2) }

Here,

x_1 = -4

y_1 = 6

x_2 = -7

y_2 = 3

Hence,

d = \sqrt{( {(-7 )+(- 4))}^(2) + {( 3 + 6)}^(2) }

d = \sqrt{ {(-11)}^(2) + {9}^(2) }

d = √(121+ 81)

d = √(202)

Step-by-step explanation:first make or find a grid chart then label them and make the x axis and y axis then count up the blocks they are apart and you’ll get 19( I hope)
