i think you mean counting by 1 3/4 but as a decimal so if that were the case the answer would be 1.75, 3.5, 5.25, 7, 8.75, 10.5, 12.25, 14, 15.75, then 17.5 and so on...

you already have 1 and you also have 3/4; well if you divide 1 by 4 you get 0.25 and now you have to multiply that by 3 that equals .75 so the decimal is 1.75
