For this case there are different rules that must be taken into account at the time of a conversation. We will mention the most basic.
Among these rules we have the following:
Rules of a well spoken person:
They state that the person speaking should do so with a moderate tone, respecting their turn to talk.
You should not insult other people.
Rules of the good listener.
It states that once you have finished speaking, it is the turn to listen to what the other person has to say.
Therefore, the person speaking should not be interrupted until he or she finished.
NOTE:
In case a person is talking, and someone wants to make a comment, they should raise their hands for that purpose.
