Angie has 10 feet of ribbon.She wants to cut strips that are 7 inches in length. How much ribbon I'll be left after if she cuts as many 7 inch strips as possible from the 10 feet of ribbon.

1 inch leftover

Explanation:

10 feet = 120 inches

120/7 = 17 Remainder 1

17*7 = 119

We have 1 inch left over
