What is the value of -b/(2a) in the given function below?

h(x)= -4x^2 -8x + 5

identifying the coefficients, we get a= -4 and, b= -8.
then we substitute the coefficients into the expression ➡️ x= -(-8/2x (-4)) and we solve the equation, so C (-1) is the correct answer!!
