How do i stay healthly?

Answer:Eat your vegetables.

Set a “5-meal ideal”

Exercise daily.

Get a good night's sleep.

Keep a food and exercise journal. (This helps me a lot!)

Crowd processed junk food out of your diet by adding in nutritious whole foods.

Cut Back on Carbs, Especially Refined Carbs.

Learn ways to manage stress. (Stress plays an important role in weight gain. like me i tend to over eat whenever I'm stressed.)

Maintain a healthy weight.

Keep up with vaccinations. (It can prevent you from getting HPV and some kinds of cancer, including cervical cancer.)
