Answer and Explanation:

The factors that affects the quality of an LCD monitor or screen are:

1. Resolution:

It refers to the number of pixels (vertical and horizontal) that constitutes the display of the LCD matrix. The more the number of pixels the greater will be its resolution and a clearer image is formed.

2. Brightness:

To obtain a brighter image the measurement in
Cd/m^(2) referred as nits should be greater.

3. Contrast Ratio:

high contrast ratio ensure the representation of colors in a way better manner.

4. Dot Pitch:

A smaller dot pitch provides the image of better quality on the LCD screen.

5.Response Time:

To avoid the blur effect, the recommended response time is 12 ms or lesser.

6. Pixel Pitch:

To obtain a sharper image on the monitor, the pixel pitch must be smaller.
