5x^2 + 2y^2 + 12x + 5y

(5 * 3^2) + (2 * 2^2) + (12 * 3) + (5 * 2)

3^2 = 9

2^2 = 4

(5 * 9) + (2 * 4) + (12 * 3) + (5 * 2)

5 * 9 = 45

2 * 4 = 8

12 * 3 = 36

5 * 2 = 10

45 + 8 + 36 + 10 = 99
