y = mx + b\\y((1)/(2)) = (1)/(2)m + b = -(3)/(4)\\y((2)/(3)) = (2)/(3)m + b = -(7)/(4)\\\\2m + 4b = -3|\cdot(-4)\\8m + 12b = -21\\\\-8m - 16b = 12\\8m + 12b = -21\\-4b  = -9 => b = (9)/(4)\\2m + 4((9)/(4)) = -3\\2m + 9 = -3\\m = -6 => y = -6x + (9)/(4)
