What is uncompetitive inhibition, and what would the Lineweaver-Burk plot look like for this kind of inhibition?

Answer:

The uncompetitive inhibition is when your substrate and your inhibitor do not compete for the receptors, but both of them are binding to the receptors. This means that the Ea and Vmax of your enzyme will both change proportionally to the amount of inhibitor on the reaction.
