Hydraulic reaction:

A reaction is called hydraulic reaction when water is used to break the bond of the other substance.The reverse of condensation is also called as hydraulic reaction.it is a chemical reaction.

In organic when organic substance react with water and produce another substance then it is called organic hydraulic reaction.

Example:

1.When sugar sucrose is transfer in to glucose ,fructose and sugar.

2.When acid covert in to acetate and hydronium ion.
