There are three types of risk factors which should be taken in proper consideration they are fixed markers, variable risk factors and casual risk factors.
Fixed markers are the types of risk factor which cannot be changed that is sex, ethnicity, etc. the variable risk factors are those factors which can be changed according to the situation or with time.
The casual risk factors are defined as the risk factors which are manipulable in nature and is manipulated according to the situation. Risk factor can help us to reduce the effect of particular disease or a calamity.
Other types of risk factors are smoking, drinking alcohol, malnutrition, laziness etc.
